Bespoke Holiday Adventure
Once you know where you’re going, your consultant will plan an itinerary, taking into account your holiday dreams, your budget and your practical requirements. If you are going to the Arctic or Antarctic, they will suggest an appropriate vessel too.
Up to Departure
Just because you’ve booked, doesn't mean you are on your own. Once you have made your final payment and received your detailed itinerary (around 12-15 weeks before departure) you can expect a call from us; we will go through everything and answer any questions you might have.
En Route
We have a great relationship with our reliable partners overseas so, should an emergency occur, you can rest assured that you won’t be on your own. You are also welcome to call or email us in the UK should you require any help with anything at all.
