Wildfoot Summer 2026

INTRODUCTION Summer arrives, and with it a magazine full of wild possibility - this edition feels particularly special to us. We open with a heartfelt tribute to Doug Allan, the legendary polar filmmaker and dear friend of Wildfoot, whose extraordinary career inspired so many to look beyond the ordinary. Doug was part of the Wildfoot family for many years, and he will be deeply missed by all of us. Beyond that, the pages ahead take you from the primate forests of Africa to the wildlife-rich extremes of Chile, the Galapagos aboard Lindblad's stunning new vessel, and Mike Gardiner shares his vivid first-hand account of Antarctica aboard the Greg Mortimer. Finally, this issue coincides with the launch of Wildfoot Explorers, our brand-new loyalty club. We hope you enjoy the benefits. As always, every itinerary is a conversation waiting to happen. If something sparks your imagination, please do get in touch - we'd love to help make it real.
