Victoria Falls
1 - 3Days

Victoria Falls

Arrive independently to Victoria Falls International Airport where you will take your included transfer to reach the Pioneers Hotel, situated in the peaceful suburbs of Victoria Falls' residential area, approximately 2.5 kilometres away from the Falls.

Victoria Falls is a remarkable natural wonder where the earth splits open to engulf one of Africa's grandest rivers, the mighty Zambezi. This creates the world's largest expanse of cascading water. While these experiences are not part of your package, there are various activities available here, such as guided visits to the falls, white-water rafting, bungee jumping, river cruises, helicopter rides, and more. You can arrange these activities in advance or through the hotel.

Your hotel is positioned on the Zimbabwean side of the Falls. Exploring from this vantage point offers you a direct and expansive view of approximately three-quarters of the falls' 1.7-kilometer-wide curtain of water. You can access this view through viewpoints and footpaths that wind their way through the rainforest, kept warm and humid by the mist from the falls.

As Zimbabwe’s largest national park, Hwange has a sizeable reputation that it wholeheartedly deserves. Notably, its renowned elephant population ranks among the world's largest, and it is also home to thriving predator communities, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Additionally, Hwange proudly safeguards one of Africa's remaining bastions for the endangered African wild dogs.

During your time here, you will explore the northern reaches of the park, across hilly terrains, seeps and springs, returning each evening to your beautiful camp for hearty meals and chats around the campfire.
